Registered Licensed Management
A professional firm involving in quality property management services to external clients are required to be registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia. As such, we are bound by the Rules and Guidelines set by the Code of Conducts under the Board to ensure that a professional service provided to our clients and that our clients’ interests are protected.
Effective Reporting Standard Operating Procedure (S.O.P)
Monthly reports with actions are constant monitored and taken action on. Such report includes; collection summary, debtor & creditors listing, payment summary of contractual, non – contractual and utilities expenses, service providers’ performance summary, maintenance progress report, insurance matter updates, complaints & resolution action reports, security & incident reports, and etc.
Accountability & Transparency
It is of preponderant importance that the property managers are accountable and provides the required level of transparency to its’ clients and to the Purchasers of a development. In addition, to all our property managers being a member of the MIPPM, we ensure that the accounts held by us are audited annually by independent professional auditors to avoid unforeseen mishaps within.
Economical Resources
The importance of suitable resources in property management should not be underestimated as it is crucial to have resources that are acceptable as well as economical maintaining its reliability and quality. The nature of property management involves data retrieval, date manipulation, comprehensive utilization and profitable to the JMB or MC bearing office. It is therefore crucial for a property manager to have reliable and economical resources in place to perform and execute the operation of a site.
